Animal, equine and veterinary science

Bachelor of Arts

Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Human Services

Business and accounting

Engineering

Get ready to unleash your inner engineer! In partnership with Transgrid we'll be building transmission towers using eco-friendly materials, then putting them to the test against wind, weight, and dizzying heights to see how they hold up under pressure. It's sustainability meets structural challenge – let the tower showdown begin!

Future Farming: Digital Ag and Farm Tour Experience (double session)

Sessions: 10.10am-11.55am
Passionate about agriculture? Join our Global Digital Farm tour and get hands-on with the latest agtech – robotic dogs, drones, automated machinery and smart sensors. Explore how data and innovation are reshaping agriculture – not just on the farm but across a wide range of careers in science, technology, business and sustainability.

Information technology

Sessions: 10.10am
Join us for an interactive session to explore programming, cyber security and artificial intelligence skill.

Medical laboratory science (pathology)

Sessions: 10.10am, 11.10am, 1.00pm
Get hands-on with medical lab science – step into our labs, try fun experiments and explore careers in pathology, microbiology, genetics and more.

Medical radiation science

Sessions: 10.10am, 11.10am
Explore a career in diagnostic radiography in this interactive workshop. See x-ray images on screen, learn about the equipment and typical experiences and have a go at manipulating images yourself.

Medicine

Sessions: 11.10am, 1.00pm
Learn basic clinical examination skills including listening to heart and lung sounds and examining eyes and ears with the School of Rural Medicine team. Discover how your journey to becoming a doctor can start here in regional and rural Australia.

Nuclear Science and Safety

Are you passionate about nuclear science? Do you have an interest in nuclear science, nuclear physics, safety and security or emergency management? You'd be set for an in-demand career.

Nursing

Oral health

Get hands-on in our state-of-the-art dental and oral health clinic! Have a go at filling a ready-drilled tooth or drawing and shaping teeth from clay.

What exactly is the link between human behaviour and mental processes? We'll dive into some hands-on activities and find out!

This interactive session will explore how science is used to combat global challenges relating to the environment, energy, food and health.
